Yes...in the Rolling Stone rumor thread, he referred to Jarmo's response that it's not true...something along the lines of "a response has been given in the first post of this thread." And for fuck's sake...CD's come out on TUESDAYS...ALWAYS. I thought someone was just trying to make a joke at first...until three other people chimed in and didn't seem to be in on it. If it were to be released on Tuesday (two days before the Holiday), that allows people to buy the CD that entire extended weekend as well as the several weeks before Christmas. I know this rumor has been shot down, and I'm not saying management will follow this logic, but this seems to be the date that will maximize sales.

This is EXACTLY what i was thinking too, they get both the day after thanksgiving and ALL the time leading up to and including christmas...no reason to do it any sooner or later |
