Do you have to be anatomically a male to be a man and anatomically female to be a woman? Or can a "man" be in a woman's body and vice versa?

It's possible, I've seen a documentary of this, in most cases you are born as a Hermaphrodite and the parents make the wrong decision..
But imagine this, If you are a women in a male's body and you are a lesbian, does that basicly make you a heterosexual?

Most transvestites are straight. I think only Drag Queens are gay.

I never said anything about sexuality, I was just curious as to what kinds of answers the intial poster, expected.

I think if your born with male body parts.. your a man.
If your born with female body parts your a woman.
There's grey around being born with none.. or both. Then I have no clue...
But I don't believe that you can "become" a member of the opposite sex... even with surgery. If you really want to believe your a woman.. or a man... go ahead.. but you are still technically what you started as.

Agree with Jack here, is quite difficult to be any other gender only because you want it, on the other side there are also hormones that are quite decesive if you know if you like girls or boys

Its a state of mind ... It's all in ones concept of what is what, and who is what.

So, is there any tread left on the tires? Or at this point would it be like throwing a hot dog down a hallway?
