I think he sounds best on My Michelle. Its like he and Baz compete to see who can outdo the other and it really brings the best out of Axl.

Worst in my opinion is probably Better, lot of sour notes in the performances I have heard.

I don't think there's just one song.

It's like saying they only concentrate on getting one song right. That's not the case....

Obviously they all try to play each song the best they can.

But just playing it great doesn't make it a spectacular performance. When you add an enthusiastic crowd's energy into that mix, then you get a truly great performance.

That's what you're often judging. How the band reacts to the crowd's reaction to the songs.

On the slower songs he's very good, but then again, every frontman usually is. On the more demanding songs he's at times very uneven.  But he's improved alot from 02 and there are exceptrions like Out Ta Get Me earlier this year. Who would have thought he could pull that off again?

On a side note, he's always been uneven, but the highs were a little higher in the past. Naturally.

Axl almost changed my mind on I.R.S. at inland.

I think since axl's having fun and a better time, hes singing the songs better these days.

Ohh yeah, Better from Download, god I wish I had a proshot.

Watch the live version of Comma people then make up your minds!

From 1992

Hmmm, it?s great..that version..but Coma is ( like iv? said before) A song you can only create in the studio..That song will never live up to the standards live...never...ever...

Rocket Queen - 1988

Out ta get me - 2006

Estranged - 1991

nightrain, without a doubt. but he sounds great in all of them, though he needs to work a bit more on better and the blues.

I'd say he definitely shows more of a passion for the newer songs, and out of the older ones, probably the 2 covers and nightrain
