I can listen to TWAT alone for three hours straight and still be hungry for more.
I can eat twat for 3 hours a day and still want more.
Back on topic though, I generally dont get bored of GNR as long as I'm playing the Illusion records. Appetite and Lies can wear thin at times.

Not for me, I've listened to Gn'R everyday for about 17 years. And i don't see that changing in the near future.
I never get sick of popcicles either.
I'm the same way. What amazes me about GNR is that I never get bored or tired of hearing them. And I get bored pretty easily, so that's saying something.

dont get me wrong im a die hard...but after listening to gnr for about 3 hours today I got kinda bored...and didn't wanna listen to them for at least another week....
i guess that can happen with anything that is listened to excessively....
any thoughts comments worries or concerns?
..i've gotten bored with Gn'R many times, and good luck for me i like a ton of other bands. There was a time about 4 years ago now that i didn't listen to Gn'R for over 6 months as i was into NIN, Children of Bodem, Daft Punk and many other bands. Then i stuck AFD on and it hit me that i'm still not bored of this album. I never play Lies, i sometimes play the odd track from the UYI albums, and i'm a great fan of Live Era. AFD is the one, and probably always will be. I wonder how long i will like CD for, and when i get bored of CD will i return to it like i return to AFD?

gnr lies is the only album i can't get bored of...
i listened to it everyday all day when it came out...
on the other hand use your illusion's sound can get tiring...some songs border on the heavy metal side which can be annoying...

I've noticed the same thing. Of the old band's material, Lies and AFD stay fresh the longest - But the UYI's get old more quickly, and there are a ton of songs that I skip.

I worry that these ridiculous posts are killing a great site
I'm concerned Axl will read this shit and just say fuck it and cancel everything.

I get to points where I don't want to put in Gn'R and put something else in instead (there are hundreds of bands I listen to afterall), but I'm never not in the mood for Gn'R, if that makes sence.

Apparently you are the type that needs a smilie to know when sarcasm is implied. Sorry. I'll type slower next time so you can keep up
<--------- There did you catch that one?
You listened to GnR for 3 hours then decided to tell us that you were bored and they should release the CD. Welcome to our conversations from 1999. Want to talk about the hockey jerseys that Axl was wearing next?

If the album wasn't going the way it was then we would'nt have had 14 years of silence, 14 years of pain, 14 years that are gonna forever.
It's been fun.

i don't get tired of GnR, and i listen to them atleast one cd a day. I don't get bored with Alice Cooper either. Probably the only 2 musicians i don't get bored with.

For me, GN'R is probably the only band that I don't get sick of, and that to me, is a testament to just how great the music is! Appetite is always the first stop on my ipod, as soon as that riff to Jungle hits, it's sounds as fresh as the day I first heard it! I listen to GN'R every fucking day, and I can't get sick of it! I can see ur point with other bands, but GN'R is constantly great, for any mood!

Go to another thread, people who are tired of GNR should consider
A= Turning it off
B= Killing yourselfs
Actually don't kill yourselfs I might feel guilty about it afterwards.

I've downloaded a trail version of wave pad
http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/
that allows you to play tracks backwards. ?There's plenty of satanic stuff on all the GnR stuff. ?
Best message is when you I.R.S. backwards it tells of Chinese Democracy having release date in November and as a double album. ?
Funny shit during Maddy, about half way through Axl sings (its a bit weird sounding though) ?"People you know don't know the truth, but you leave them to believe anyway" ?umm, perhaps a window to times past, ex lover, band member or a confession.
