The guy at Free FM was fairly helpful - he made sure people heard it on their station, went through his liner sheets (notes that DJs have as to what to plug/give away, etc.) - said that if this was happening, they'd be plugging the hell out of it already.

I guess there's still a slim chance this could happen, but I wouldn't put too much stock into it.
