JJF was a cover, but did it ever appear on an official release?

Don't Damn Me, it's their best song IMO.

I don't think Coma could've been released as a single, even if radio stations were okay with its length. ?Remember, this was the early 90s. ?Radio singles still had to be 'radio friendly' (i.e. - no hardcore swearing). ?It wasn't until years later that they started mixing out the swear words (a la all rap songs on MTV these days). ?If it had been a song like Since I Don't Have You, where the word is pretty much isolated from the flow of the song, maybe, but there are some important FUCKs and GODDAMNs in Coma. ?I don't think Axl would've caved to editing them out anyway, especially after what they did to the radio edit of Sweet Child. ?My two cents. ?peace

I think Ive seen every song praised highly on these boards, but in the mainstream: "Coma."

Followed closely by "Locomotive."

I was just listening to Get In The Ring, and I've always liked it, but now I love it. Don't know what happened but it's just a great song with great attitude. But the most underrated is definitely Coma.

Estranged, Coma, Breakdown and Locomotive

These songs are easily the best on the illusions, alongside Civil War, You Could Be mine and maybe another one

But only us, hardcores know them

Listening to Locomotive right know... Man if that piano ending isn't amazing, I don't know what is!

I don't think I'd call Coma or Estranged underated.  I guess Estranged was underated by the casual radio listeners, and most of them haven't even heard Coma...

.. but if you poll Gn'R fans I'm sure Coma and Estranged would both make the top 10 in favorite songs.

Rhiad

Rhiad And the Bedouins is a great song, ruined by the shitty voice that Axl used to have in 2002, but I think that Rhiad is the stronger new track on the guitar performance. London 2002 version was incredible, amazing.

Axl needs to try this song live again, with his current voice. That song is killer, but was ruined in the past by Axl

For me it's choosing between "Breakdown" or "The Garden"
