How are they doing presale passwords?

I was emailed the password for the Hammerstein shows, but I have received nothing for the north america tour

Up until last week, the fan forum pre-sales were done like this:

1- announcement
2 - sign up
3 - e-mail with link and password was e-mailed out
4 - pre-sale ticket purchase on ticketmaster.com


Last week's pre-sale was done on www.gunsnroses.com and no password was needed for the pre-sale.
