Yep, wholly great structure. the intro has an effect like a music box. It seems as if it evokes something from the depths of our consciousness.
Yet, I don't see it as the intro to the whole album.
They have a very piece that introduces us to the world of Chinese democracy.

Yea, that's what I'm saying too.  Better has an awesome intro, but not an awesome intro for an album.

chinese democracy would be cool for the opening track. Aerosmith did that a few with thier albums having the album tilte the same as the opening track. They did for Toys In The Attic and Draw The Line.

It would be a shame to open the album with "better"..."better" is one of the finest Guns and Roses song EVER!!! it would be like opening Use Your Illusion I with November Rain, it just doesn't flow. Save Better for the middle of the album.

whats the opening track going to be?
whats the closing track going to be?
whats the cover art going to look like?
how many tracks will there be on the album?
will Buckethead still be on the album? (sure hope so)
will Bumblefoot be on the album?
will Izzy have any involvement in the album? (not too bothered)
will OMG be on the album? (only if it's a new mix)
whats the release date of the album? (November, 2006, -?-)
how long after the album will CD2 appear? (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010)
will the album include any old Gn'R tracks? (sure hope so on a bonus disc)
will the album contain any cover songs? (sure hope not)
