(old topic i know..)

.anyone here think it could change from the cover touted about at a show years ago, that showed a black and white photo of some bikes up against a wall (in China i'm guessing).

yes-- personally that photo is a little bland..

I'm hoping the cover will at least be of the same artistic quality as the Warfield poster, which was - frankly - beautiful.

Agreed...the Warfield poster, or at least a similar theme done by the same artist would be mint.

Wow, I hadn't seen it until now. If that's it, or at least a representation of the concept, I like it.

Out of all the supposed covers, from that hot chick on MySpace, the eye-popping Warfield poster, to all those Axl-worshipping, light coming down from heaven shining through Axl's mangled hair fan-made covers... this one is by far the best.

Subtle and very appropriate.

Ah. I figured that spraypaint looked as though it was sprayed by someone wielding a computer mouse rather than a can of spraypaint...

...but like I said, even if it's just a somewhat poor representation of the general concept, then I like the general concept a lot.

I really like the bike/spray paint idea, but I don't think it would make a good front cover for the cd. I think it would be better as maybe a photo inside the cd book, or even better as a back cover of the cd with the track listing.

she was in black shiney leather and hat with a red background?? she looked fit... and also claimed she was the front cover.. I know she was from england...any1 else rem??

I remember something like that.  My personal favorite was the one of axl in a spacesuit holding a picture of the picture.... of the picture, etc.

i did it some years ago...in 2000 ! six years, damn...
a bit kitschy but it was intentional at the moment.



i wanted to do something near than Muse make these days with their
videoclips, martian funny stuff mixed with some other elements.

of course the most funny part was when the brazilian magazine company thought it
was the real cd cover and puted it on their DVDs. i received them for free with apologizes
for being used without my permission, and was probably credited in the next magazine.



i'm proud to have an artwork in a guns n'roses official thing in fact ahah.
