My highlights were when Axl showed up at my house in his limo, we drove to the Fire Belly, got fucked up then fucked all night. He even bought me breakfast in the morning!! More cum on my bagel.
?
Is that true? Please give me some details

I heard GNR for quite some time and was never much into them. I was never watching during the MTV days. However, I got into watching the music videos on VH1 Classic. One day I saw the video for November Rain and loved it as well as the song so much. That got me to want to pay more attention to their other music as well as their videos and now I really like them and have bought a couple of their CDs.

I think seen the new Band"GN'R" live and meeting some of the new members has nothing to do with this post. This post is all about your GN'R highlights,GUNS AND ROSES. It's not about people and songs that will never have connection to the real GN'R. (exept for Axl)

If you have a problem with the fact that we talk about GN'R here, yes even the new band, just leave right now.
You won't feel welcome if you keep up the bitching about how it's not the "real GN'R" anyway.

I don't have any problem with people posting whatever the hell they wanna post in here,I wasn't bitching,I was just voicing my opinion; and why would I have to leave the Board if 80% of the members see it the same way I do.

Because this is a GN'R board, not a GN'R 87-94 board.
I suggest you tone down your "this isn't GN'R" talk, it's old.
Most of us have moved on, it's not 1996 anymore. Slash left eight years ago, get used to it.

Jarmo can you honestly answer these 2 questions? please.
1- Do you think it was Axl's fault for the break up of GN'R even though it's been proven that he was?
2- Why do you still believe in Axl after all his promises that he never kept?

All I'm going to say to that is: Axl didn't walk away they did, so get over it.
And yes I still believe in Axl! I don't give up on people I believe in!
Sorry I know this was directed at Jarmo, but I have a feeling he feels the same way! And he has to take a lot of crap!

Even though your questions have nothing to do with the topic, I'll do it.

The break up was a combination of many things, that's my opinion. I don't think there's one bad guy and the rest are all innocent. They grew apart, wanted different things etc. GN'R's not the only band who have had this problem.

2- Why do you still believe in Axl after all his promises that he never kept?
The "promises" don't bother me. If a tour gets cancelled or something, yeah it's sad. But I don't dwell on it for years. He said the album was supposed to be out in 2001, it didn't happen. I don't keep whining about it three years afterwards.
Sure, it would be great if the album was out already, but it isn't. No big deal, there's other records to listen to.
I'm here because I think he's a talented guy. I think that whenever he releases that album, it'll be something I'd like to hear. Some of you seem to be here because you liked Axl in 1987 and want to remind everybody that Axl in 2004 sucks. If that's all you're here for, then you're in the wrong place
Now, back to the GN'R highlights.
