I know you are a busy man, but another quick question...any idea why some of the shows are not listed on ticketmaster.com's site, but they are on livenations site? The NYC and NJ shows are on livenation, but not ticketmaster, for example..

That show was scheduled to sell on the 7th of Oct.  I would look for something next week.

But in pre-sale it will probably only allow you to purchase 4.

you can't sign up for it after 6 EST...but we probably won't get the email until later on in the night to reduce the chance of scalpers getting the password
