I just heard the blues that he recorded.....problem is that he talks on half of the clip and it is hard to tell......You hear Axl singing "I don't know just what I should do, everywhere I go I see you".....it is hard to tell with the static.....I would have to hear more. I'll see what I can do.

so just so i got the story straight....he was walking down the street and heard the studio version of CD playing out of a Geffen office building...if you guys wanna believe it, that's cool I'm just skeptical...i don't know why

Yeah, I am skeptic only cause he recorded 20 seconds and talked though half of it.....if that were me I would shut the fuck up and record the whole thing AND stay in front of where he recorded it for hours just to see if they would play it again......well maybe the latter part is over doing it but you know what I mean.

1st in madagascar, what version are they playing?! Rir 3 or post rir 3 version?!
2nd are there quotes in madagascar
3rd what about the solos?!

there's a whole bunch of things you could have noticed in the song, and we would have noticed them to, no matter how crappy your recording is,
but yet you chose the focus on one thing we have to believe your word... that Axls voice is diferent... pleasE!!!

take the wttj for example. just listen to the live recording on it, and then listen to WTTJ on AFD...
there's a million things you can hear that sound diferent except Axls fuckin high pitch scream at the "in the jungle welcome to the jungle/...."

Go back and read the first post again. He said the MLK stuff is in there or the "quotes" as you call them. He did talk about more than just Axl's voice the whole time.  And don't you think they would be playing Madagascar live, the way it will probably be on the album?? What would be the point in playing it any different than that?? So do you really think it sounded like the one from RIO 2001??

sorry, but by the time I read the other 24 pages, I forgot everything he mentioned in the first post.
but the madagascar thing was just an examle.
I dont think the riff they play live is 100% what it's is in the studio.
also the solos change all the time.
arent there any other chris pittman effects in other songs?
also what does the madagascar intro sound like?! we all(well not all, but some) expected to hear orchestra there...
