Many Many Many thanks Jarmo for the hard work and keeping us informed. Anybody from Halifax knows that getting ?tickets to a show at the Metro centre can be a bitch.

I haven't tried since SuperStore had taken over but b/f that it really sucked.

Thanks again,

DH

Corporations and radio stations always get first dibs on event tickets.
Its unfair and in my opinion, unethical.

I work in the advertising and design industry and one of our clients is
Molson which has a monopoly on beer at the ACC and other venues,
so we always get concert announcements and listings in advance.
Internal pre-sale for GN'R in Toronto and Ottawa started on Monday
(25th), and ended 9:00AM today (27th). I guess pre-sale for the
public happens on Thursday and tickets to the general public go on
sale Friday.

I used to work for an advertising agency and it's true. We'd get great tix for anything our clients wanted

Thanks for the update jarmo! I'll be signing up and hopefully grabbing a few tickets for the NJ show. Don't wanna wait for a Philly date if it never happens. NJ is close enough for me.

Yeah, but I'd rather wait then get the password too soon.  Getting it too soon gives the scalpers a better chance of fucking it up for the rest of us.
