well the guy said it was a "BIG" announcement and he "can't believe HE gets to make it." and then the guy said "i'll believe it when i see it." ?how could that be just a show? ?  remember when The Tour in Europe was announced.. It was a BIG announcement when they finally announced the show in Norway, or in Finland, or in Greece. This is big for the people who can go to the show. No they play Paradice City, then the concert announcement. |

They have to wait until a little after 5 to do an announcement so people getting off work can get in their cars and crank it up.
Makes sense to play a song 1st, this way people are stuck in traffic listening to the announcement!

Local Radio Stations announce concerts occuring in their location...If it were a larger announcement, it'd most likely be done on a larger platform.
