My buddy and I hung out down there with some ?EH locals one night. We ate some mushrooms and hung out in tent city. Chatted with everyone and everything. Ahhhhhh East Hastings... memories  .... It was actually the night of the Vancouver Gn'R No Show in 2002. |

I thought that was pretty Rock N' Roll, how Axl was flying to Vancouver on the night of the show. That was some Jim Morrison type behavior. I wish somebody had got their hands on that fucker who cancelled the show. That prick fucked us over 4 years ago, and he's fucking us over again, if Axl doesn't come to Vancouver.

I disagree and I made the trip from Red Deer to be there. Knowing Axl's past I think they did the right thing by not letting us into the venue. Remember it's only Axl's word that he was on his way. It's spin. Imagine they had let us in the building and he didn't show up. Then you've really got a mess. In all honesty it's not too much to ask that the headliner is at least in the province when the doors are supposed to open, let alone the city or the venue. |

It will be. Zed 99 in Red Deer did the same thing today. they said it was a major, major concert announcement. I went through all the "major" possibilities and Guns was the only one that fit. |
