GN'R reschedules Sep 27 - Oct 5 dates [updated]

GN'R have postponed the US dates that were to take place between September 27th and October 5th. The dates have been moved to fit into the main body of the tour, which starts on October 20th in Jacksonville, FL at the Veterans Memorial Arena.

The rescheduled dates will take place later this year or early next year (depending on show).

The shows with new rescheduled dates known so far are:

Fresno, CA @ Save Mart Center: September 27th, 2006 -> December 13th, 2006
Bakersfield, CA @ Rabobank Arena Theater and Convention Center: September 29th, 2006 -> January 11th, 2007
Reno, NV @ Reno Events Center: September 30th, 2006 -> January 13th, 2007
Sacramento, CA @ ARCO Arena: October 2nd, 2006 -> January 10th, 2007

I listen to 3 people regarding GNR news: 1. Axl ? 2. Merck ?3. Mysteron!!!! ? Thanks for the news!!!! ?After watching Inland Invasion last night, (I'm on the East Coast and can't believe I even woke up this early!) ? ? I am pumped and I am ready for GNR to come to the Philly area!!!

This is great news, I agree, but its still somewhat commical. I mean there are 3 months left in this year, and all we are hearing is "it will be out this year". Now im not complaining at all, but its just funny because there is going to be hardly any promotion at all before the release date.

Okay lets all agree something, lets agree mid-night (GMT) 31st December 2006 as the release date, any earlier is a bonus....

If it was announced as that day some will still be moaning for sure, but at least based on current news, it won't be any later
