This requires its own thread.

After hearing it again tonight live.

This song is the shit!

What do you guys think?

I think it is the best new song now, especially played live.

Oh Ya.  Tonights show kicked ass.  Best web cast I have seen ever.  Great job boys

Rock am was better. The American web guys just can't compete with the German web guys.

It was awesome, though I wish they'd played it earlier in the set when Axl's voice wasn't so tired. Still kicked ass. Nice solo by Fortus...

Well there is als a difference between a 3 Month delayed boradcast, where you can do a proper mix for each song and a live webcast.

I felt the same way:  Madagascar sounded AWESOME....  I remember thinking, "man, this song sounds really tight tonight."  I'd love to hear a boot of this one!!

It was great, but The Blues towards the end, where you could really pick up the string section sample.  If that part is going to be live orchestration on the record, it will be outright amazing.

Totally agreed, nothing compares to being in the presence of this song being played live.

Yeah, not having heard all the live versions, I think it the best I've heard so far. It sounded refreshing in the set.

Madagascar is the best of the new songs. Possibly my favourite song of all time. Definitely my favourite GNR song.
