2002, i had just gotten UYI 1 and 2. And wanted to find out more about GNR. I did a search on the november rain video and found the trivia section on this site about the video, what it was based on etc. Then I really started to like the idea of a new album...

I think it was in early '99. I was at work and bored shitless, decided I'd look up some info on the already long-awaited "Chinese Democracy" album and this site seemed to have the best info and coolest design. (Still Does) For some reason seems like there are a lot less assholes who join up here...hmmm. Maybe Jarmo has some kinda magical screening process we don't know about!  |

I remember that the mail was something like arocknid.com.... there was a gn'r "digest" version where you received one daily mail with all of the mails sent during the day.......... anyone rembembers that?.....
