Long set so far, hum?

I guess, but when people see the number 23 it is kinda misleading as only about half of that are actual songs. To me, "jams" and solos don't really count.

Read the setlist more like this:

1. Intro
2. Welcome to the Jungle
3. It's So Easy
4. Mr. Brownstone
5. Live and Let Die
6. New(?) Fink Solo with Pedal/Echo Effect/ Sweet Child O' Mine
7. Knockin' On Heaven's Door
8. Vocal acrobatics and sing along... (I'm asking what this means..)/ Better
9. Piano Moving Jam/ Dizzy Solo/ The Blues
10. Band Introductions/ Fortus Solo - Beautiful (With Fink)
11. You Could Be Mine
12.Used to Love Her
13. Piano Moving Jam/ November Rain
14. Ballad of the Unknown Opener (I have no clue...)/ My Michelle (With Baz)
15. BFoot Solo (Don't Cry)
16. Out Ta Get Me
17. Adams Family Theme/ IRS

Why read it like that? Relatively inaccurate and more confusing.? Tracks are never broken that way.? peace

I meant with all the solo's etc. in it, when you only look at the songs they are at 17

Who cares how they are broken down, if you read the setlist by numbers it looks like close to 30 songs were played when it is nowhere near that amount! That being said thx for doing this for the board peace

Do you realize that every post you made in this thread says almost exactly the same thing? We get it - you want them to mix up the setlist more. How about a little less repetition for those who are interested in reading the updates?

Hey, I was the guy inside. What a show! Sound quality was superb. I'm not sure why soundcheck ran so late... I wonder if it will be that way tomorrow?

The "vocal acrobatics" i mentioned was just a way of saying Axl was thrilling near the end of KOHD. I headed down to the bathroom during this song, so I could be mistaken, but it sounded like we got the "i sing one, you sing one" treatment, not sure if that is regular now or not.

It was a very receptive crowd, and the after the encore, the band left the stage, came back out for a bow, and left again before the lights went up.

"Ballad of the Unknown Opener" was just some country jam for Bach.

Addams Family theme was impromptu.. Axl sang the first line and Fortus (i think) picked it up enough for Axl to get through another line or two.

Ron on Better... i can see that people who weren't there are already disagreeing Smiley I really DO like Bucket's work on the leak we've heard, and I've listened to a few of the Europe recordings and agree with you about that (Bucket was better). Perhaps the live energy washes away some flaws, but I really think he actually played it great and, uh, better than I've heard it plaed since the Bucket version.

I grabbed a bite to eat after the show, walked around the back of the Warfield to see what was up... got a nice picture with Axl and an autograph. There were about 12 people and he signed everything and took pictures with everyone.

Sounds like a good show.

I like the encore business.

How they are at least doing one song before Paradise City.

Hopefully they will be doing three encores, that being Chinese Democracy, Madagascar and then Paradise City.

But sounds like good shows!

thanks very much BluesGNR and Tkkyj 0 great to hear about it all.

Blues - dont let the nobs, I mean noobs (ha ha) get you down - the vast majority here are very appreciative of your time and trouble to do the updates.

Tkkjy - great that axl was so approachable after the show, nice one!!!! - any of the rest of the band about?

Yeah, it'd just be nice to have a clean discussion with updates. We all had fun with the exception of very very few.  I don't mind giving up 4 hours to sit and post on this site and I love doing it (hopefully will again tonight)... but I just wish that people wouldn't be so arrogant.   peace

What the hell is happening with the lack of live footage? Is security that tight? Are there cameras in there at all?....even pro shot TV clips would be cool....not that tv footage is a common thing......just seems very odd.... confused

Oh, not sure if this came through. That 2'x3' GNR flag was $40.

You can see Ron a bit in this one.
