I totally agree with you about Ron. he's having more fun and fitting in way more these days and sounding better too.  I saw him running around and smiling and i love that shit.  He also sometimes bangs away at his guitar like Fortus.  If he would only play bluesy a little bit more, i think that would rule.

I find that extremely hard to believe. He is terrible on Better and IRS. I am looking forward to a boot of this song.

yea his renditions of IRS and Better leave a little to be desired, totally agree.    Maybe we wouldn't notice if it wasn't for buckethead doing them origianlly.   But I have to say from the vegas shows, Ron fits into this band soooooo much better than he did when I saw them in NY.   He was even jamming next to Robin a few times on songs and I haven't ever seen that happen on any bootleg except for the solo they take turns on in PC.   Ron was running around that stage as much as robin and richard do.   I like him a lot more in this band after seeing him in Vegas.

I dont get this 'he fits so much better' shit. I would much rather hear the songs the way they are envisioned instead of having a guy in the band who cant do that but runs around onstage.

I dont want to hijack the thread into another BH/BBF debate. I was just making an observation.

I hate how CD isn't being played. Its one of my favorite 'new' songs. I will be praying every night that it gets played at Arco.

just an observation from seeing one of the first shows BBF played with the band and one of the most recent.   I do wish he'd work on getting IRS and Better a little closer to how it was meant to sound.   

and to keep this thread on topic, I do agree on CD.   Hopefully they play it tonight .    Its was a great encore starter when I saw them in NY, but in vegas they came out again with Maddy for both nights.  CD worked perfectly for that.
