my cousin just told me his friend who works at Q104 told him that he heard GNR are looking into coming to nova scotia.. he said his friend is right 90% of the time so that should be intresting..its been almost 20 years since they have been here.

I doubt it'll happen this year.  They'll be in the US until at least the end of December/Early Jan.

guns n roses have to come to saskatoon saskachawan canada they played there in 93, its 4 hrs from where i live and its where i had to board a plane and fly for three hours to see them in vancouver and we know how that turned out. iam not saying they owe me one but it would be nice if they came to good old saskatoon

Funny you say that I was just checking out possible dates for the garden that did not have a sporting event or another concert. By the way is there any word about a show out on Long Island? Maybe The Nassau Coliseum or Jones Beach Theater?

Jones Beach would probably be a little cold in November. Their season usually ends around mid-late September I think

So true! I totally forgot that the date would be in mid November. I seems so far away! (Thank god I?m going to get to see them in Jacksonville while I?m visiting my one of my friends at school) I think the last date for jones beach is September 19th this year. Maybe two dates at the garden? Can they sell out two date?

Bands always play in Canada during "American" tours. If they're in Seattle, why not play Vancouver? If they're in New York area, why not play Toronto and Montreal? Then Nova Scotia isn't far from there.

I think the band should skip Detroit and play the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids.  It is in a perfect location.  It is half way between Detroit and Chicago.  Also, the sound is way better here then in the Palace.

Some rumors goin around about shows down South well recently in Halifax theres been some rumblings about a show, in Halifax I e emailed the local radio station q 104 and this is what i got back from them 

Hum de dum dum ... sometimes I know secrets, Dan, and I'm sworn to secrecy
... suffice it to say we'll have some big news for you in the next few days
... you're going to like this A LOT.

And yes, we played some leaked tracks from the Chinese Democracy album a few
months back ... still haven't heard direct confirmation that it's coming out
though!

JC Douglas is the main guy at the radio station here,  anyone who doesent know where Halifax is its in Nova Scotia Canada on the east coast  small city, The trailor park boys are filmed here, Im super pumped about this maybe he means that the release date is commin soon, or that the band themselves are commin who knows but im pumped, after years of waiting and commin to this site with little to no news for monthes and weeks, the last few months have been soo exciting in the world of guns n roses!!!

Exciting times...2006 is the year of GN'Rs return! I thought I'd never get to see them in Nova Scotia. I'll be buying tickets and making hotel reservations as soon as it's announced.
