How much were the shirts? Do you know if they had small sizes? like adult small or even youth sizes?
I need to figure out how much money to take out for wednesday and thursday...

Sweet, I've paid more for other shows, and adult small would be cool, but if worse comes to worse, I can just get a medium as a souvenir.

I want more new songs too. But I do understand the plan here - I'm guessing that for everyone that shows up , hears the old stuff, and goes home with a good experience , it may lead them to buy the new album when in fact they do see it in the stores. Who really knows - It's cool they're back playing gigs full-time, hopefully they're in New York again soon enough

I feel the same way. I think alot of peopl loose sight of the fact that not everyone is one these boards often (or at all). They don't have 10 bootlegs of each tour like we do. There are a TON of people who haven't heard this lineup or how they play the old stuff, let alone some new tunes.

Once the actual tour starts I think the setlist will not only change, but I foresee it being alot longer in running time as well.

How the hell would hearing all the old stuff lead people to buy the new album?  Huh

It might make the average Slash fan open up and say "Wow, these guys really are GNR. Maybe I'll give the new record a shot"

What's the quality of the shirts like?  Flimsy?  Does it feel like it'll shrink after one wash?  That might be the difference between getting an L or an XL.

people meet GNR again to discover the guys to be marvelous and then a new love story begins and continues involving more and more people in it. Once in, who'd wanna miss any installment of this?

I tried them on and they fit good for me...I got larges. On the tag it says "pre-shrunk" wash, so that means it was already shrunk and wont again.

I got the one with the old and new logo at the first Hammerstein gig and I think it's made very well. I've washed it alot since the show and the lettering is still shiny and raised.

I'm not in agreement that playing the old stuff is part of the plan to sell more of a new album.

Why not buy AFD?

Also, when you go see "GNR" would you not expect the best out of them when it comes to playing their back catalogue?

I want to hear new stuff and enjoy it as well.
