yes he is, during the show Axl welcomed him back said, "Brain was on a leave of absense to tend to his new born child.. They named it Axl"

guys, I just came back from a show with my band, is 7:30 AM here in Brazil and I missed the GNR show, can somebody make a quick update from the show to me? PLEASE? thanks

edit: I just saw the setlist... but any update about the album from axl?

He knows that. He is saying we had an entire European tour without a mention of the album and there was still no mention at this Las Vegas show, but just because it's in America people are saying "CD starts now" when nothink much has changed.

people often tend to ignore the fact, that the tour in europe is as important as the tour in america..... 

nothing more, nothing less.....

people even called it a warm up for the real deal in america....
