He will then instruct the crowd that hidden inside one of the midgets is the first in a series of clues, each more fiendish than the last, that will eventually lead to the whereabouts of the only copy of CD ever made.
Axl will then pull up a chair and watch the ensuing midget bloodbath. He will share a knowing chuckle with Tommy, who by this point will have take up his place by Axl's side; both safe in the knowledge that no such instructions exist.
Axl just really hates midgets.

Here are my expectations:
1. The show will start ridiculously late. Probably around midnight. Anyone know if there's a curfew? Probably not considering it's fucking Vegas
2. The setlist will likely be similar to the European tour. I doubt they've done much rehearsal since the last show (all of them together, that is). These shows have already been labeled "warm-ups" so let's just assume they will pick-up where they left off
3. Some of the guys will probably look different. My guess is Robin shaved his beard or cut his hair. Hopefully he didn't shave the front half of his head and dryclean that spacesuit outfit he wore in 2002. Axl will probably look the same as in Europe and at the VMAs
4. Brain will be back
5. No mention of anything meaningful in terms of CD release or details of the tour. Axl will probably mention how he's happy to be back in Vegas and these are warm-up shows
6. The drumkit at the Hammerstein shows (sheriff's badge logo) was different than the one they used in Europe (which was from the 2002 tour). It would be really cool if they had some new stage props. Perhaps they used up the confetti and stage props that were created for the 2002 in Europe and now they will have a new stage design?
7. Maybe a reference to Izzy. Highly, highly doubt Izzy will appear until the end of the CA leg of the tour
