No, not newly discovered. There are quite a few of them in Baia de Guanabara. But I believe it was the first time one of them was fished.

It looks more like a dinossaur. Looks like a fucked up miniature version of a Pterodactylus:



People are calling it Lulasaur. I know the thing is pretty ugly, but comparing it to Lula is quite an offense.
