Is anyone else havin probs with d/l of this torrent from eztorrent??? well ive got 2gb so far then i got this message:

eztorrent is stopped due to software or db maintence ?

VINE would be awesome, I'd really appreciate it as I can't d/l it (not enough bandwidth). If so, I'll make a trek and buy a DL disc

That shouldn't affect the download. They are just maintaining the website, the tracker should still work fine.

That shouldn't affect the download. They are just maintaining the website, the tracker should still work fine.

ive paused the d/l and restarted the application, but i just get that message as i start the d/l agian !!!!!
and it says that the tracker has stopped !!!!!!

i think thats normal.. it has happened to me on 4 torrents...? just wait a few hours and it will work again.

thanx im new to the bit-torrent stuff, after a hour or so it was backup and running !
just a quick question though, i take it torrents of this size will take a good few days to d/l all of it?? and the better ratio the faster d/l speed???

it depends of some factors... for example, i use "azureus"...  if i download a torrent from dime (eztorrent), it depends on how many seeders (complete file), and how many leechers (persons downloadin)... and also the speed of each one of them, and yours...  it could take a while, like 2 - 5 days.. it depends also if you let your machine on or not,,, i leave it all night on. When you finish the download, seed till you seed at 1.0 so that wont afect your ratio...  Hope it helps.  So, to answer your question, i dont think ratio it matters on download speed.

The 2006 UK tour was a great ride and a nice comeback by uncle Axl.
I tried my best filming it and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as i do.

Ok, i have downloaded the full 7gb, i have a dvd writer on my pc, is it just a case of getting hold of some dvd9 discs that are dual layer etc or is there more to it than that???

If so, is there an easy way to shrink or split the file so i can burn it onto 2 discs or just the one?? Would appreciate some help! cheers!

You Just need to buy a Blank DVD9 and burn it like a regular dvd. It is very simple. Your DVD writer must be able to burn dvd9s disc though and your burning software needs to support DVD9s.
Nero could burn it fine...
