I figured out how to set up a torrent finally

This is studio outtakes, rehearsals, demo's, instrumental demo's, and unreleashed tracks... Good bootleg to have, none of it is official material...

I've been trying and I dont know how to get it to work.. sorry, ive never done a torrent before, just tell me how to get it seeding and ill seed straight through the week

you have to choose to download the torrent. download into the directory with all the files you used to make the torrent (all the flac files).  it should quickly say "downloaded 100%".  at that point you are seeding.  once somebody else d/l's 100% then they are seeding too.

just put the folder in your torrent download map, download the torrent and it'll say 100% completed and then you're seeding if you leave it on!!

(with azureus you might have to click right on the download and do a forced recheck)

haha ok i tried that before and it got stuck at 34 percent and then deleted the folder so i had to redo that folder..

anyway, the good news is yes its working, and im seeding now so if your not already on, jump on!

i am clicking on the link but its showing no seeders....if it erased the first folder, you should probably make a new torrent and reupload.

well try now, i just clicked force start, and the little logo thing next to the torrent went from a green arrow facing down, to a blue one fdacing up (im using bittorrent) so try it now, if it doesnt work then ill make a new one i guess

I'm going to the link but it shows no seeders.  My bittorrent program is working fine, and I even got a membership at that site.  I don't know what else to say.  0 Seeders 0 Leechers

I dont get how its not seeding.. After i uploaded the torrent, i put it in my bittorent, and it quickly reached up to 100% just like people told me it should... and it should be seeding now, whats the problem? hold up im getting someone to help me right now...

did you do as i said? just put the folder in your download directory, download the torrent from where you uploaded it and then leave it on?

he did everything correct i walked him threw it i found out in the end he did not have in the torrent the announce url to make it work
