Some one, please tell me a time and place that Axl could announce the album that would get the band more coverage than this? I would love to hear it. I guess I am not a "fan" because this "announcement" still leaves me skeptical.
If it was like this all bands would announce release dates at the VMA's... Most bands haven't had an album ten plus years in the making. |

What time was this show supposed to end?
The VMAs were supposed to be three hours in total...it's running late. ? Also, just before the cut to commercials, someone said "Axl is heading to the stage." ?I'm thinking he's up very soon. ? Regarding the release date of CD, I'm just happy to hear Axl actually say that it's still going to be out this year. ?That's a lot better than the last time Axl was on MTV. ?I'm not disappointed. ?A specific date was not realistic. ? |

9 shows is a tour on its own IMO  usually when it's warm up it's like 3 shows, 4 at the most, at least that's the way I see it |

On an online stream fromt he awards show? Doesn't sound like a good idea. It would get buried among all the other VMA news articles....\ I respectfully disagree Jarmo. I think it would be the top headline coming out of the awards, at least as far as the rock media is concerned. /jarmo |
