Yeah 50 Cent and Justin are big artists, but there's something different about Axl and the Guns N'Roses name.  Look at the VMAs a couple years ago when GNR played.  Everyone went nuts even though they sounded like crap compared to now.  Plus Axl is an enigma and somone that is rarely seen.  It's like having the Stones or Paul Mcartney on stage, sure they aren't as big now as they used to be, but they're held very high by everyone.

Oh, I'm excited about that... but some people won't be satisfied unless they get a lot more than that.

As with any little news item in the GN'R world, some people see it as a "sign".

Gnronline was updated and some see that as a sign, Axl will be at the VMAs and some see it as a sign.

Then if nothing happens, who's fault will it be? Axl's!

This is all happening with the same guy that up until the Korn release/tour party (early this year) hadn't really been seen in public eye since the botched tour at the end of 2002.? Just be thankful and enjoy the moment at the VMA's when he hands out a 'Moon Man'.?

If anything else happens "great".? If not, don't set yourself up for a disappointment.?

Not everything is as cryptic as some make it seem.?

Also, does anyone know of any special awards given out this year?  They usually have a life time achievement award or something of such pedigree.  Perhaps MTV is celebrating someone who's been in the business and Axl will be the one doing the toasting.  Who knows, but it should be exciting...

If he present's a lifetime achievement award to slash, i'll probably fall over!
