ASS PARTY 2006 (tm)

« Reply #1740 on: August 31, 2006, 11:08:23 PM »

Some one, please tell me a time and place that Axl could announce the album that would get the band more coverage than this? I would love to hear it. I guess I am not a "fan" because this "announcement" still leaves me skeptical.

Anytime, any place.

If anything, it would have been overshadowed tonight.

I would rather Axl introduce Chinese Democracy then some flavor of the moment band!!

Well, I would rather deal with the reality, not someone's wet dream fantasy. You get what you get with GNR. Axl's introducing the Killers. They're not flavor of the moment. They've been one of the most talked about rock bands for about 2 years now. GNR has not. Where have you been?

At any time, on top of the empire state building. Providing that he's naked but for a pair of cowboy boots and a neckerchief.

Overshadowed by what? Al Gore bringing Sexyback?

On an online stream fromt he awards show?

Doesn't sound like a good idea.

It would get buried among all the other VMA news articles....
