this story might just be better than sex....

I enjoyed the story, thank you.  I enjoyed Frozen Inferno's avatar even more!  One of the best ever.   ok  Yup, GNR does transcend generations, political affiliations, genders...very good stuff.  Cool

I think the fact the guy was a psychiatrist is more of a point... I'm wondering if psychiatrists who listen to Gn'R hear the lyrics and can work out a mental profile of the way Axl thinks.... *muses to self*

AFD came out 20 years ago.  I don't find it strange at all for someone that age to be a fan.
Also..were you really unable to tell if this person was 40 or 60. That's a big difference.

Cool story....

it's funny for me too, I am 30 and people oler than me are getting "back" into Gn'R and they coolest part is the younger generation teens-early 20's are discovering what a great band they are. ?I just hope at some point they figure out who is in the band now.

Well.I live in small country in indonesia.. Every where I go I heard SCOM and WTTJ was played in the street where they sell pirates cd's. yes they also sell LINKIN PARK.LIMP BIZKIT even William Hung!..but only SCOM was played over and over again. and they probably doesnt know Rolling Stone or Aerosmith.
I imagined if CD comes out and we got the videos.... peace

I liked this story, thank you for posting! I wish that guy had been sitting next to me on the bus this morning instead of the ugly, smelly drunkard who just wanted to argue over anything!

First of all, don't bash the guy !
Hey GeraldFord is a cool story, anyway there's no much to talk about these days... and I agree with luv4axl, is a big difference between 40 and 60. But in case that he was more 40.. I think is not rare either... I am 31 and I know older people that are huge rock fans from the 60's to the 90's ... some people I know from local radio stations are in their 40's and they are 100% rockers.... I was 12 when they released AFD and those people was 20 or 21.

As a rocker.. I think I will always hear to rock music, no matter my age ! I hope so...  hihi

I'm 32 years old.

During the '02 tour, I went to a GnR concert with a friend of mine who is now 39...and still a big GnR fan.

It doesn't surprise me there are 40 to 50 year old GnR fans out there...
