the guy who worked in orchestration said way before TWAT was leaked that he worked on SEVEN , THYME, and others i dont remeber, including TWAT, and he said that these songs were very good songs, but TWAT was kinda forgetable, so if you liked TWAT, you will like the others songs there

we are all assuming it is going to be a classic...but what if, just what if it is weak and not on par with appetite or even illusion for that matter...Will Axl still be living off of Appetite or be disregarded...I mean there is a certain other band that no longer writes good music but continues to live off their past even though their new stuff is regarded as a joke (Metallica)..I would hate to see Axl join that company as a washed up artist living in his past...

From the demos, I doubt the album would suck.  At WORST, the album would be simply average (kinda like Metallica's Load album)....  It might not sell well, but I seriously don't think it be a bad album...

But if we do a MASSIVE "what if" and pretend it sucked hypothetically....

Well I think Axl would cop a bunch of crap in the media. Who knows how he would react to that? Maybe he'd soilder on with the new guys and release more albums. (I'm sure he'd still find someone to publish them even if CD bomed - i mean he's axl for fucks sake) - or maybe he'd just retire and work on music for his own pleasure. But i think the media responce would be negative - they'd focus on the new look, the loss of the old band, and rant about the riots from the past, and jump on the anti-axl band wagon. Although - if he reunited with the old band at any distant time in the future they could prob survive that and it would just be written off as a "failed solo attempt" or some cliche like that....most bands have a few suspect albums to go with the masterpices....

However...as i said...i dont think any of that will happen...as i'm sure the new album will be excellent!!!

It WILL be amazing....There is no doubt about that....the question is......Are Guns N Roses going to be able to add on a lot of new fans and win over the disgruntled ones who hate the new band?.......With CD and a full blown US tour?.... Absolutely.....you just watch.......
