Axl Rose works for EA?

Burnout 5. How long will that last? Excluding the original, all the other Burnout games have had subtitles, and we can't see this getting away without one. 'Burnout 5: Terrible Sky One Motoring Show Vroom Vroom Edition', perhaps.

It's in development for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Or "built from the ground up" for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, as Criterion's Alex Ward put it.

It's all set in an open world - Paradise City, specifically - with the promise that there'll be no menus to navigate and no driving around looking for something to do; every junction ripe for a crash, every narrow street an opportunity to slap some more violations on the driving license which records all your naughtiness.

The levels of speed and destruction are being talked up, with the assertion that it will allow "gamers to literally rip their cars in half". If we can't literally rip cars in half, we'll literally rip each member of EA's PR department in half.

It's due in 2007.

You're an idiot.  ok

No offense.  hihi

Seriously though, what the hell, man? The only link to Axl Rose in that article was that they mentioned the game takes place in Paradise City - that's a phrase that is used to describe utopia. GN'R didn't invent it.  Roll Eyes
