I think Tom is the stage manager who had his birthday while the band was on tour....

Edit: Found it!

June 17th, 2006 - Burgenland, Austria @ Pannonia Fields II (Novarock)

Happy birthday is wished to both stage manager Tom Mayhue and Dizzy Reed at different times during the show.
