ahhh, very good to know. hope that some tapers are present! Smiley

cool. does anyone know how they seach you before you enter the arena? do they just pad you down or they search you with metal detectors?

a little bit, but the sports arena is known for its low level security check and bootleg-making easiness

alright cool. i might plan on taping this show if i go and if they just pad us down

i've got my ticket and am going.? ?GA floor means no work that day? rant

on a side note,  this show may not be selling out so fast....there still are GA Floor Seats....  or perhaps someone screwed up big time.

It's selling surprisingly pretty well.  They will sell those floor tickets at $75.00, until people are pushed into the entranceways!!  Come showtime, I would expect over 10,000 tickets sold at the least.

according to the site, GNR goes on at 10 so maybe that will help in people's plans to get to the venues...

Why would you expect a fast sellout???  Talk to anybody in San Diego. It's depressing how much negativity there is.  They say: It's not Gn'R, no slash. Axl is fat, can't sing anymore, botox, no new music in forever. They make it a flat out joke. And remember the show in 2002?  oh wait, we had to get our money back remember.........

We just need some real postive news.  Ummmm release date, single..........

I dont listen to the radio very often anymore, but if its 91x promoting the show than thats a shame.? Not that I have anything against 91x,? but unless they have switched their format all the sudden after 20+ years of Alt Rock, then they are a poor choice to promote GNR's return, unfair to both the station and the band.? ?As for 2002...this feels different.? Its going to happen.?

what are you trying to sneak in?

i think the biggest downfall with security at the Sports Arena (IPAYONE)  has always been the utter ease it has been to rush the floor.   security has absolutely no hope of preventing the show from being an all out GA show.   digital devices such as cellphones etc that are small should make it no problem.
