Has anybody seen this before, and if so, what is it?

PS: Merch.com has taken all of the 2001-2002 GNR Tour Memorabilia down. I wonder if we will start seeing new stuff

Its a pile of pish!!
There is bootleg footage from various gigs but that is the only highpoint.
It is a UK made Anti-Axl Propaganda tool.
Its basically Axl is a phsycopathic monster from start to finish. They only rearranged the way in which they say it.
At one point they even zoom in on a particularly harsh looking axl pic, tint it red, have ominous music playing and continue the barrage of, did I mention already - Axl is a sick lunatic phsyco.
It is laughable, amaturish and there is one paticular smug self-rightuous english prick who delights in telling us"at the end of the day he is just not a very nice person at all".(Axl)
Cue more , axl is a disturbed lunatic child eating monster.
Everyone on the programme is english, with minimal, or for the most part, absolutely no relationships or experiences with GN'R except hearsay.
They spent about 60% of the time attacking Axl, 40% talking about music in a very superficial, amaturish fashion.
There is a few good moments, but nothing to do with the half-wits presenting it. No, the undoubted highlights are the footage from Ritz88 and Rock In Rio 2, there is also some really old footage from either the troubadour or the Roxy, cant remember which, axl has his big hair look.
These performances are spine tingling and they make this DVD into not a complete waste of money.
Oh and the Izzy interview is an audio recording!!!
He sounds as cool as ever but its not an complete interview, it is an audio recording of 2 comments he made, to some other interveiwer- noone connected with this dvd.

anybody notice the review on amazon?
What a load of rubbish. This DVD is no more than a load of nobodies in heavy metal t-shirts giving there opinion and stating the obvious in front of drum kits and guitars! AFD a Critical Review is the title yet when these nobodies run out of stuff to waffle about they start going on about the other albums, like how use your illusion should have been one album (dont think so)and then move on to long awaited release of chinese democracy, And there is no interview with Izzy its just a bad voice recording lasting 30 seconds. This DVD is painful and should be avoided at all costs.

I think I may make a GN'R documentary. Hmm, let's call it "Guns N' Roses - Axl, Slash, Izzy, Duff, & Steven". I'd show a bunch of old pics over and over and tell the GN'R story for the 10,000th time. It would sell millions!

Bbest of the unofficial ones out there by far, loved the footage of Ritz. Didn't know any of the people being interviewed but they had some good points. I'd love to have seen it on tv though as a documentary instead of having to buy it.
You could say its a poor man's Behind The Music.
