Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to say sorry for not being on The Sorum Forum in awhile.
Went out on the road for a few shows.
We have been working on writing the album most of the summer and needed to get out.
It was fun, short but enough to inspire us to get the live feel again.
We had been working in my studio but are now
In a live rehearsal space.
Coming up with some great jams.
I am sorry we didn't play any new material on the 5 dates that we did play.
The Band wants the new stuff to be the best it can be before we let it out.
Anyway plan on writing all of Sept and part of October then in the studio.
That is the plan, so if it takes a little longer trust me it will be worth the wait.
This album is going to Rock.
Thank you all for your patience!!!!

Nice to be updated directly from someone in the band.
Shame it's taken so long, let's hope it is worth all the wait. but I'm hoping it's deffiantly out within the first quarter of 2007.

That's a great update-even with different producers, I think this will still be a hard rock album-I can't wait

Thanks for the update! I really appreciate when bands take their time to tell some details

Good to see an update and an explanation for some of things we've been wondering about ie. no new songs at the recent gigs. Really looking forward to the new album!

Im haPPY THEIR NOT RUSHING INTO THINGS THIS TIME. tHE LAST RECORD WAS OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE CUZ THEY ALL WANTED TO TOUR THE WORLD FOR A FEW YEARS SO THE ALBUM WAS RUSHED. nOW THEY are probably sick of touring and they can take their time.

All this delay makes me think that there was a problem within the band. Perhaps Slash was called back to join Guns and it fell though...

I hope Slash writes some guitar solos which are as good as his solos in AFD and UYI. And I hope they spend time writing diverse and beutiful songs like coma, so fine, dust n bones or civil war.

I would rather no updates on the recording process. Just let us know when it is almost done because they never meet the deadlines they set anyway...
