Just keep refreshing the page every 3-5 mins. They delete accounts that are not used regulary every 10 mins.
I got myself an account in 20-25 mins of doing this about 6 months back. (Previously I had used a mates account).
Try every day, eventually you will get in and reap in the rewards.
If you are not patient, you don't deserve an account imo, simple as...
