Many sites have these "layout generators"...
I use Pimpwebpage.com, as it's the easiest...
Just go there, and click "backround image" and then put the picture you want. Also will allow you to chose your font color, text size, all that... and then will give you a link you'll post in your About Me section at your myspace.
I actually just did this today, check what I put
