Hei guys!
Im new here as a registred member, but I have been a guest here and read all for over one year now, and I live in Norway.
Found this on norwegian webpage that many artists can upload songs, what do you think about this one? Just click on "lytt" to just listen, or click on "last ned" to download behind the song, ok?

Here is the link:

Thanks cheapjonday! I kind of know what you mean, but what I like is that they moved so far away from the original version, I think thats cool..

Welcome to the board and oh my God... I can't believe I just listened to that.  I hate to rip apart a song you just posted, but it's one of the worst things I have ever heard and I don't know if I'll ever look at Don't Cry the same again.  I agree, the whole telephone thing at the beginning of the 3rd verse, was so fucking bad.  The guy that made the song probably thought it was so innovative and original, but it was terrible.  That poor fucking song, what did it ever do to that guy, to deserve to be treated like that?Huh

Shoot me for bad taste but I actually liked it. The reggae vibe works well with the song. The vocals sound whiny during the verses, and the phone call thing is gay as people noted, but aside from that, I think its got potential. Its fun  rofl Kind of like UB40 covering Light My Fire. Just not as polished, but hey, a recording studio and full reggae band will do that (not that that cover was very good).

... upon second listen the charm has totally worn off. Slow it down a little would be one way of salvaging.

hhaha I liked it.  Grin It was cool for the first minute or so, but then I just started getting mad, and it got annoying. I don't see how it could be the "worst thiing you've ever heard"  hihi

Yeah, that was my point! I dident exactly love it, but I like hearing it in such a different way, because the song is so good, that it stays good no matter what, if you keep the melody, chords and lyrics in its original form, if you know what I mean?
