Back in my tweeker days, I would dip crackers in water and then drink the water.  Would that be enough "electrolights", or did the meth counteract it and I needed more crackers?  |

Aren't sports drinks like Gatorade and such supposed to replace electorlights? No clue what they actually are, though. I don't like plain water.  If you are going to put salt & sugar into water, why not just drink a soda?  |

ok guys.. the salt and sugar in ur water was a joke. it tastes like shit; i did it at my cousins house, and i spit it all over his kitchen! i think it does supply electrolights. and electrolights are like ur carbs, ur bludsuger, and stuff like that.
