Frank was at the acoustic show last night- you can see him in the pictures, drumming. It'd be a bit pointless to bring Brain back for just one show, wouldn't it? Better let him have some time with his family, Frank's doing just fine.

well i read somewhere that axl was smokin last nitgh which cant be doin his voice any good but this amount of singin will hopeully strenthen his voice more

That's one long paternity leave. I know he had a child so time off was important but the whole band has families. He should have been back at this stage particularly for these two triumphant wembley gigs. I dunno, he's the one guy in the band I have always questioned the dedication of. I don't think a month long paternity leave is necessary for any father particulary as the band will have another period after the tour. He should have been been desperate to play in these two gigs. Compared to Bumblefoot who played despite his father having a heart attack, I dunno, I've always had a question mark over Brain's dedication to the band.

well if he is covered under american law , he can take 12 weeks off , w/o repreival.


california law states 6 weeks a year to care for a family member.(femla)

For some reason I have a feeling Brain might leave.

I mean, Axl talked about how much fun Frank and himself were having, while he rarely talked about Brain before while he was still with the band.

Also, Frank played at the accoustic set last night, but Brain didnt play at the one in NY, did he?
