Yeah, exactly- it's just a nod of the hat from Finck to recognise where they're playing, like Sossego in Brazil, or Finlandia earlier in the tour, or even the Back in (the  Fuckin' UK) USSR last night. Not really played as an establishment thing any more than when May does it every show.
