I already posted it in the "Stone Temple Pilots" thread;
http://www.heretodaygonetohell.com/board/index.php?topic=33619.0
But hey, this doesn't hurt. I like the song. especially after few listens. Can't wait for the album...
It's funny how the DeLeos got guys who look exactly like Scott Weiland and Eric Kretz?
It's gonna be an awesome end of the year and 1(?) quarter of 2007. I mean, Chinese Democracy, Libertad, Army of Anyone and new Nine Inch Nails album (yeah, I wish...)

Jeez I never noticed that, pretty uncanny!
Song is quite good. Sounds like DeLeo trademark music.

I can't listen here at work, so how would you describe this song? A heavy STP style rocker?

It's def trademark Deleo. Aggressive, punchy verse, that drops into a spacey, atmospheric chorus. Overall, I'd catergorize it as mid-tempo. The drumming is superb. Luzier is going to get recognized for his work on this album for sure. My only complaint is I think Richard Patrick could have written a better hook in the bridge, but I still really like it, and it is def a grower-type song.

Yeah, this got me very excited too. This may just be the "surprise" of 2007. DeLeos can sure write some catchy songs.

should be in stores by october, november at the latest... there's no official date yet though.
also, their official site is now updated with another new song, "Used To Know Her"... it's a pretty cool instrumental piece.
