It is a legit bootleg yes, but with regards to her being on the cover of Chinese Democracy, it is bogus.

the pic on her site now is fanart, someone from mygnr forum made it. but on the original bootleg it was the pic of her without any logo or anything over it. thats what some people believed to be the cover including me. its better than a pic of some fucking bike leaning against a wall in china

I prefer the bike pic.  It has more meaning, you can interpret it in different ways.  The one with the chick is well, a chick.  Maybe she symbolizes something, but I don't think so.  The bike pic does...so for me anyways, it'd be a much better cover.  But that's just me.
