Amazing show!

Not gonna write a full review cause i have way too many things to do...

Axl: Sounded great, performed even better..this guy is the best frontman I've ever seen. I have no words really...

The band: Fortus is an amazing guitar player. His solo was the best of all the guitar solos by far.

Stinson: I've seen the band twice on this european leg. Tommy doesn't seem to enjoy the show as much as the others do. At one point, Axl asked the crow to say" Cheer up Tommy" and the crowd obeyed...

Rocket Queen: Axl messed up the intro, he started the first verse singing "I've seen everything imaginable.." bumblefoot was like..."what the hell is going on? The roadies have brought in two large tables before the song started, I thought two girls were gonna put a nice little dance for us, but in the middle of the song, they dragged the tables out again? confused

The crowd: good crowd, better than Madrid's. In between the opening acts, fans had their 15 minutes of glory (well, 2 seconds). During 10 mins some shots of the fans were shown in the video screens, at one point, a rodie (i guess it was a rodie) said" take them out" and a girl showed her boobs, the camera caught that and 10 or 15 other girls did the same...nice!.

That's about it so far, I'll add some more later.

When they start playing is the concert. Everything else isn't.

Ignatius - Were you and Jarmo at the acoustic gig?  I thought I read at least JARMO was there, but I wasn't postive.

How anyone can complain that they know GNR are LATE EVERY NIGHT, then they go and BUY A TICKET to see that very show they knew would be late, and then have the nerve to COMPLAIN afterwards?

You're basically saying "Yeah, I'm a total jackass who couldn't figure this out before I bought the ticket, and now I'm gonna moan about it"

Apologists. Always apologists. It's never Axl's responsibility to turn up on time, is it?

I think whomever suggested a GNR audience should arrive an hour after they've started playing has the right idea.

That's not the point. The point is that if you know they will be late, and it is so inconvenient, then why go? Are you naive/arrogant enough to believe that the show you are at is the one where he will suddenly be on time? I imagine not, so why act surprised when they go on later than you would like?

Trust me, Axl doesn't need your money. Don't go, don't ever go, don't buy the album. Real simple. Grin But, feel free to come to a board and be a whiny bitch anytime you want. Shocked
