Good question. Considering that lyrics from the song appeared on the cover of Appetite, it must have been kicking around on demo tapes for a while before UYI2.

I remember Izzy saying that it was actually a song that was supposed to be on Appetite but they just never got it finished in time and had to abandon it for a while.

Turned out to be one of the biggest hits of the Illusion double albums as well
