Making plans to tour doesn't mean squat for CD. They're touring now, and CD's not out. If anything, this adds fuel to the fire that they're moving ahead with a tour without CD. There is no evidence to the contrary.

Could be, naturally. But GN'R continuing to stay in the spotlight is good either way. Worst case scenario and they (read: axl) would have gone under the earth again after this tour.

I think they go straight to the recycle bin.
