Just reading the star paper here in dublin......comical.

Just a week after getting bottled off stage -Axl Rose (44) has decided to show his face in public again.....His gig last week in newcastle saw the crowd throw bottles at the band until they left the stage.

Although Axl wasn't hurt in the chaos -it has certainly injured his street cred.

Only his mum was willing to be seen out with the rocker at trendy london eatery Nobu.

THE pair then went on to the Cuckoo club for a spot of dancing.

Seems axl's career could soon be knockin on heavens door.

A coin was thrown once (or maybe twice) and then the band ended the set without an encore but they still finished Nightrain till the end of the song.

journalists love to have access to fame which they themselves dont posses, every feature journalist loves to get an interview with say, steven tyler, right before aerosmith is about to do a gig...and surprise! you never see comments about aerosmith's limited pyro being a crutch for a performance.

this isnt disparaging aerosmith--ive seen them 8 times and have never been dissapointed-but im trying to draw a correlation between giving the press access and what is accentuated in reviews.
