I was wondering does anyone have any special methods for a mind boost?

What I'm trying to say is that those of you that have a job with lots of people, how do you pull it off when you're down?

Where do you get the extra energy when you're having a bad few weeks?

Watching sports or playing football, hockey, running.. and ofcourse listening to some great music yes Just doing something where I don't have to think about my work/school or anything that makes me stressed or something. Playing football with my friends is maybe the best option beer

i have to be always in good mood at work ...
that's the bad thing with the Public Relations...

so I usually leave my problems back at home, i am listening to good music and i plan my next moves  Grin

I guess I am a happy person cause I am doing a job that I really like...

from the other hand... when I go home... and i am not in good mood... I just don t want to talk to anybody...

I prefer laying to my bed, listening to my favourite music and drink some wine

when i need to get in a good mood i call someone that i know will put me in a good mood, if that doesnt work i wait till i get home from whereever i am (or if im home) and i blast my music and clean, lol i know it sound weird but by the time im done i feel better.

2- Drive my car listening to my favorite music really loud on a traffic-free road where I can step on it.

3- Sleep.

sometimes its impossible to not be in a certain mood when getting to work, most of the time you can shrug it off and leave it at the door and sort of get yourself into your work, but there are times when you cannot..thats when you have to fake it.  ok

so find someone you like, be tested for 9 months ( 3 tests with 3 months interval each time) and have a sti test ( 14 most common sti's, it's a regular in france) and take the condom off, if you shag elsewhere, use a condom each time, but find this girl you can break beds with and " unwind".. Grin
